ABOUT THE DOCUMENTARY ORGANIZATION OF CANADA (DOC)
DOCspace was launched by DOC in 2008 with the goal to raise awareness and improve access and availability to independent Canadian documentary filmmakers and their films. With 7 chapters nationwide, DOC is Canada’s largest documentary community. DOC advocates for documentary filmmakers on issues that affect the industry and offers professional development and networking opportunities. Visit www.docorg.ca for more information.
This project is extremely grateful for the funding it received from the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC), on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, through their innovative Entertainment and Creative Cluster Partnerships Fund. Special thanks also go out to DOC’s partners in this project: Coptor Productions, Markham Street Films, Primitive Entertainment, PTV Productions, Symmetree Media and Beevision Productions.
