CFTPA Prime Time in Ottawa runs February 17-19

The Canadian Film and Television Production Association (CFTPA) 20th Prime Time in Ottawa conference takes place from February 17 to 19, 2010 at the Westin Ottawa. The conference features speakers, panels and networking opportunities centered around the theme 'The Brave New World'. CFTPA members are encouraged to take advantage of the members-only early bird rate which expires on Tuesday, December 15.

The members-only early bird rate of $1,099 (plus GST) which expires on Tuesday, December 15. The fee includes an Apple iPod touch that will be preloaded with all conference materials. There is also a First-time Primetimer Rate available that can also apply to attendees who first attended Prime Time in Ottawa prior to 2007.

The CFTPA is a non-profit trade association representing almost 400 Canadian production companies involved in television, film and interactive media. During the Prime Time in Ottawa conference panelists will explore ways to move forward with a National Digital strategy, how to meet community expectations online, the future of storytelling and what a future would be like in a world with regulation.
