Looking for French-speaking editors in Ontario (GTA preferred)

A Toronto-based not-for-profit company I work for (Curriculum Services Canada) is seeking freelance french-speaking editors for ongoing web-based video projects. "Not-for-profit" does not mean "no pay" - the rate is $27.50- $35/hr, commensurate with experience.

Projects are docu-style shorts with an educational focus.

GTA-based editors are preferred, Ontario-based is a must.
